LTD., 200 JLN SULTAN, 11-01, SINGAPORE 199018, Singapore, KNOWN AND REFERRED TO IN THIS AGREEMENT AS “WE,” “US,” “OUR,” OR SIMILAR, A COMPANY THAT OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES, WHICH AIM TO HELP STARTUP BUSINESSES AND ENTREPRENEURS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF EVENTUAL EXPANSION OF YOUR BUSINESSES.
WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU READ THIS AGREEMENT THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU CONTINUE TO USE THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASE ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS. BY YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE PROVISIONS STATED IN THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT. IF, HOWEVER, YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OR ALL PARTS OF THE AGREEMENT, DO NOT TICK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT AND IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

This agreement, hereby known as and referred to as the Terms and Conditions, is legally binding. You have been advised that it is imperative that you read the contents of this agreement before you proceed with your usage of our services and purchase of our products. Your continued usage and purchase immediately indicate that you have read the Terms and Conditions, agree to the provisions herein, and accept any liability or obligation that arise from your continued use. You also acknowledge that your violation of any of the provisions as stated in this Terms and Conditions agreement may hold you accountable for liabilities.
IMAGERY, CLIPS, TYPEFACES
All images, typefaces, graphic designs, and graphics featured in our website are royalty-free and are integral parts of the products we offer. The distribution or usage of these, separate from the template designs is absolutely prohibited and will be considered a violation of the terms and conditions agreement.
DOCUMENT TEMPLATES
All the business document templates available on the site is the sole property of BestTemplates.com. Any usage of the content without permission or a standard license from the site will be deemed as violation of the intellectual Property Rights of the Company and hence is strictly prohibited.
MODIFICATION OF PRODUCTS
Once you purchase a graphic design template under the standard license, you gain the right to modify, change, or redo the template in any way you like, should you see fit. However, this is your prerogative and we are not under the obligation to do any of the redesigns for you.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
THE PRODUCTS WE DISPLAY ARE ON A “AS IS” BASIS AND THEREFORE, WE EXCLUDE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAWS ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY SATISFACTION QUALITIES OR FITNESS. THE COMPANY DOES NOT OFFER A REFUND OF ANY KIND, EXCEPT UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
- The non-delivery of product due to mailing issues with the email provider. In this instance, we recommend that you contact us for assistance. Claims for a refund due to this circumstance must be submitted within 7 days of the order placing date. Otherwise, the product will be assumed to have been received and downloaded.
- Problems in downloading or unzipping the files of the purchased product should be directed to the Technical Support team. Failure on your part to contact us with a problem within three days of receipt of the product will automatically lead us to assume that the product was successfully downloaded.
- Should the products experience any major defects, they are then eligible for a refund. However, we reserve the right to rectify any claimed defects for 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint. Otherwise, Customer Service will reimburse the price of the damaged product in full or, if the customer chooses so, replace the product with another of the same or around the same value. Be informed, however, that temporary access to your server may be requested by our technicians. Your failure or refusal to provide access deems you unqualified for a refund or exchange.
COMPANY LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Unless specifically stated in this agreement or in writing in any part of the website, BestTemplates is not liable for damages that may arise from your use—or inability to—of the services and products provided in our website including, but not limited to, lost profits, direct or indirect damages, incidental, punitive, and/or consequential damages.
Furthermore, the customer is solely responsible for their accounts, passwords, account numbers, and anything in relation thereto. All activities that take place under their account is the sole responsibility of the account holder. BestTemplates is not, cannot, and will not be held liable for the unauthorized use of your account.
Note that links to BestTemplates found in other websites are beyond the control of the company.
This Terms and Conditions agreement shall be interpreted, construed, and governed by the laws of Singapore. We have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action before the court of competent jurisdiction to obtain an injunction or relieve in any event that we might find appropriate. Note that no action whatsoever, unless explicitly written, shall be construed as a waiver of any of our rights and privileges as the owners of the website. Should any clause in this Terms and Conditions agreement be deemed unenforceable by a competent court, it shall not affect any of the other valid provisions of this Terms and Conditions agreement.
We reserve the right to amend, change, modify, or terminate this Terms and Conditions agreement along with any of the prices of the merchandise available for purchase without prior notice.
Lastly, the parties involved in this Terms and Conditions agreement hereby agree and prefer that all other agreements moving forward should be written in English.
With this, we do agree to all the terms and conditions stated in the provisions of this contract and promulgate its effectivity immediately.
