In  the following cases, we are obliged to grant and provide refunds: You can contact us with the reason below, We will process refund right away. No additional questions will be asked.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with our services
  • If you decide to change your subscription
  • If you subscribed by mistake
  • If you have a problem using the product of your choice which requires a certain degree of technical knowledge and expertise

If management deems it proper to issue a refund after considering the request submitted, the said refund will be done in the same manner that the purchase was completed.

Any payment made to you will be made in the currency that you used to purchase your subscription.

Disputes lodged with payment agents (Credit Card Companies): If, as a Subscriber, you lodge a dispute with a payment agent, this will result in a freezing of your subscription and your account until the dispute raised with the payment agent has been cancelled. This makes it very complex to resolve any related issues & process refund, so we encourage you to contact us directly first to see if we can help resolve any concerns.
